Heat expansion and contraction pulls at seams and edges over time.

Debris backs water up onto the roof.

UV & heat wear

Long Texas summers break down roofing materials.

Hail punctures & bruising

FAQ

Commercial & Flat Roofing FAQ

Should I repair, coat or replace my flat roof?

It depends on how much of the roof is wet or damaged underneath, how the membrane is holding up, and your plans for the building. Coatings work best on roofs that are still sound. A roof with widespread wet insulation or failed membrane usually needs replacing. We'll inspect and explain the options.

Why does water pond on my flat roof?

Usually because drains or scuppers are clogged, the roof deck has sagged, or the original slope wasn't enough. Ponding speeds up wear, so it's worth fixing the cause.

Can you work without shutting down my business?

In most cases, yes. We plan the work to limit disruption and keep you updated throughout.

Do you offer roof inspections for commercial properties?

Yes. We inspect and photograph your roof and give you an honest assessment, including after storms.

Do you provide emergency commercial roof repair?

Yes, 24/7. Call 817-992-8899.
