How do I know whether I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
It depends on the roof's age, how widespread the damage is, and whether the problem keeps coming back. A small leak or a few missing shingles on an otherwise healthy roof is usually a repair. Widespread hail damage, granule loss across the roof, or a roof near the end of its life often makes replacement the better value. Our free inspection gives you photos so you can see the difference yourself.
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. If your roof is fine, we'll tell you so.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We help you understand the claim process, document the damage with photos, and can meet your adjuster at your property. Your claim is between you and your insurance company, and Texas law doesn't allow a roofing contractor to waive or pay your deductible. We don't.
Do you handle commercial roofs?
Yes. We specialize in commercial roofing and install most commercial roofing products, including flat and low-slope systems, across DFW.
