Is the inspection really free?

Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to hire us.

How long does a roof inspection take?

It depends on the size and pitch of your roof and whether we check the attic too. We'll give you an idea of timing when we schedule.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the exterior inspection, but it helps. We can check ceilings and the attic and walk you through the photos in person.

Can you tell if I have hail damage?

Yes. We look for hail bruising and fractures on shingles and dents in soft metals like vents and gutters, and we photograph what we find. Whether a claim is approved is up to your insurance company.

Do you inspect commercial roofs too?

Yes. We inspect flat and low-slope commercial roofs across DFW as well.
